If awarded the recipient may earn up to $1,000 with the stipulation that they must have to show academic progress while attending school.

In Michigan the Michigan Tuition Grant makes it possible to receive funds up to $2,000 per academic year to eligible students. Michigan offers the Adult Part-time Grant that covers those who fall into this category.
 
The Adult Part-time Grant offers up to $600 a year for two years. They understand the pressure of being an adult while attending school and make it possible to receive this grant while only attending part-time. The main requirements are that the individual be a Michigan resident and already be attending a state college or university. Every little bit helps regardless of one’s age when it comes to college.
